Brad serves as an Asset Manager for Sauer Properties with the responsibilities of developing and implementing asset specific strategic plans for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets. Prior to joining Sauer Properties, Brad was an Asset Manager for 9 years at Commonwealth Commercial overseeing a portfolio of retail, office, and industrial properties.

Brad is a Virginia licensed real estate salesperson, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He earned a B.A. from James Madison University.
