Asset Management Associate

Jenna serves as an Asset Management Associate for Sauer Properties and is responsible for supporting the financial and operational performance of the company’s portfolio of retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties. She works closely with the asset management team on property operations, financial reporting, leasing support, capital projects, and strategic initiatives designed to maximize long-term asset value.

Prior to joining Sauer Properties, Jenna was an Asset Management Analyst with 37th Parallel Properties and an Assistant Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer at The Rise at Regency. Jenna earned her Bachelor of Science in Property Management from Virginia Tech and brings a strong foundation in both property operations and real estate asset management.
