Marshall serves as President for Sauer Properties overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including property development, construction, asset management, and the overall financial performance of the organization. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, he has led a wide range of corporate real estate strategies and transactions.

Marshall joined Sauer Properties in October 2020 as Development Manager and was promoted to Director of Real Estate Development and Construction in 2021. In that role, he managed land use, entitlements, design, and construction for the firm’s large-scale retail, mixed-use, and industrial projects.

Before joining Sauer Properties, Marshall served as Development and Construction Manager for National Real Estate Development, where he oversaw major mixed-use projects in Center City, Philadelphia. He also worked as a Project Manager for Clark Construction Group in Washington, D.C.

Marshall holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Engineering from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University. Marshall serves on the Board of Trustees for Historic Richmond.
