Asset Manager

Olivia Garber serves as an Asset Manager for Sauer Properties with the responsibility of developing and implementing asset specific strategic plans for a diverse commercial real estate portfolio.

Prior to joining Sauer Properties, Olivia worked as a Commercial Portfolio Manager for Cushman and Wakefield | Thalhimer. Olivia holds an Accredited Commercial Manger designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and currently serves as a member of the IREM Central Virginia Board of Directors. She earned a B.S. from Virginia Tech.
